Scheuch Group Expands North American Presence
AUROLZMÜNSTER, AUSTRIA, March 15, 2017 – The Scheuch Group announces the acquisition of Schust Engineering, Inc., headquartered in Auburn, IN. Scheuch, a technology leader in the air pollution control industry in Europe, continues to build upon its presence in the North American market by adding Schust to its previously acquired business of CAMCORP, Inc. located in Lenexa, KS as well as its already established Scheuch US business. The new acquisition gives Scheuch total capability to provide the ultimate solution to any industrial air pollution control requirement, be it stand-alone dust collection equipment, design and install turnkey projects, or complex, engineered technologies.
Schust, founded over 90 years ago as a sheet metal fabrication firm, has evolved into a full-service air pollution control services supplier. Capabilities and expertise include complete engineering design, fabrication and turnkey installation for the air pollution control and industrial ventilation markets throughout North America. Schust offices are located in Auburn, Ft. Wayne, and Indianapolis, IN Pittsburgh, PA and Monterrey, MX.
CAMCORP, purchased by Scheuch in January of 2016, is a leading provider of dust collection equipment and pneumatic conveying systems with the widest breadth of dust collection technologies available in the market today. In addition to its corporate offices in Lenexa, equipment fabrication is located at the company owned 65,000 square foot plant in Willow Springs, MO. CAMCORP markets its products through a network of independent manufacturer’s representatives and established OEM customers.
Prior to the acquisitions of CAMCORP and Schust, Scheuch had already made an entrance into the North American Air Pollution Control Market with several key installations. In just the past two years they have delivered and installed eight large process baghouses with 33′ lg. bags employing Scheuch patented EMC technology greatly reducing overall energy consumption requirements.
With these two acquisitions, Scheuch now has nine corporate facilities across the U.S., Canada and Mexico with more than 150 employees supporting sales, engineering, project management, production, service and installation.
