Aftermarket Sales Director

Camcorp is expanding and on a mission to find an Aftermarket Sales Director. Due to tremendous growth in recent years and the planned growth of our Aftermarket Parts and Service Team, we are adding a new position to lead the team: Aftermarket Sales Manager Director.

Something About the Position
The Aftermarket Sales Director handles strategy, cross-functional team leadership (internal and supplier), partner management, day-to-day sales and service personnel management, and operation oversight of aftermarket activities. In addition, you will be fully responsible for and accountable for meeting or exceeding Scheuch USA’s revenue growth targets, growing market share, and expanding margin.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular communication (verbal and written) with our internal and external customers
- Development of the aftermarket product line strategy and participation in strategy planning sessions based on market requirements and Scheuch profit expectations
- Manage regular reports to meet KPIs (bookings, shipments, open orders, cost variance, backlog, on-time delivery, and capacity).
- Enforces and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints immediately and according to the company’s guidelines.
- Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
- Work closely with all functions in the organization to set, communicate, and execute product plans. This includes individuals from the Senior Management Team, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Human Resources, Sales, and Engineering.
- Assist in developing a forecast of order intake and revenue projections.
- Travel to customer sites as required for presentations and customer relations regarding Scheuch’s Aftermarket Team
- Recommend improvements in labor utilization, BOMs, capacity requirements planning, shop floor material tracking, outside processing tracking, MRP accuracy, and routings.
- Interview and hire staff while overseeing staff training.
- Set and manage departmental budget requirements.
- Manage, lead, motivate, and coach sales and service technicians to maximize their potential.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Four-year degree in business or engineering
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience in industrial parts or service sales
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience in a supervision role
- Ten (10) years of related experience and/or training
- Strong air pollution control knowledge is desired but not required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to effectively coach others
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work and that of your department.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and to develop and build teams.
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical data.
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions.
- Demonstrated capability to set and achieve aggressive targets with examples of creative ideas to grow the top and bottom lines of a business.
